Please not that these fixed fees also do not include any search fees, real estate agents commissions, the purchase price or the stamp duty on a property. Also, although we do do industrial conveyancing and commercial property conveyancing, because these matters are often much more complicated, we do not tend to give fixed fees for this type of work.
